Refund policy

Because every item is printed to order just for you, we don't accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or the wrong size ordered. Please check the size chart on each product before ordering.

 

We will gladly replace your item or refund you in full if your item arrives damaged or with a printing defect, or if you received the wrong item or size.

 

Just email arturo@theartteam.art within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. You don't need to send the item back. We'll ship a free replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method, whichever you prefer.

 

Lost packages: if tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, contact us and we'll send a replacement at no charge.

 

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of approval; your bank may take a few more days to post it.
